Become a contributing member of the UNDP/UNFPA/UNOPS/UN Women Staff Council by filling out and submitting this Contribution Form to registry.staff-council@undp.org

The work of the Staff Council is supported by membership dues, contributions by the four organizations and fundraising efforts. Dues are on a sliding scale, deducted via payroll on a monthly basis. You can sign up to pay dues at any time of the year, and, you can also cancel your dues payment at any time during the year. Contributing members have rights to hold offices of the UNDP/UNFPA/UNOPS/UN Women Staff Council.

Attend a Meeting

Weekly Staff Council meetings are open to all contributing members of the UNDP/UNFPA/UNOPS/UN Women Staff Council. Meetings are held most Tuesdays, from 1 – 2:30 p.m. (New York) at the Staff Council conference room at DC1-2488.   Please contact registry.staff-council@undp.org for information about the weekly agenda and venue, or contact your Staff Representatives if you wish to attend a weekly meeting.

The Staff Council also organizes annual meetings with all personnel of the constituent agencies to present its annual report, as well as Townhalls on specific issues. Please check the Upcoming Events section of this website for upcoming meetings.

Share your Ideas and Concerns

Your Staff Representatives want to hear from you. Please contact the Staff Council by writing to registry.staff-council@undp.org or call a Staff Representatives to share any concerns or issues that you are facing, and also share ideas and proposals to improve personnel well-being and workplace culture, or suggest topics for Townhall meetings.
